About Vinod
Vinod Nair specializes in corporate strategy, investment assessments, commercial strategy, customer value management and business transformation. Mr. Nair has more than 20 years of management consulting experience, spanning across multiple regions and markets including Asia Pacific, Western Europe, United Kingdom and South Africa, mainly serving clients in the Telecom, Media & Technology (“TMT”) industry.
Mr. Nair has advised some of the leading telecom and media companies and investors globally on issues ranging from assessing new investment opportunities, managing infrastructure carveouts, framing market entry strategies, optimizing financial returns and launching new telecom, media and digital businesses.
Mr. Nair was part of the leadership team at Delta Partners, the TMT strategy consulting and investment banking boutique now part of FTI Delta, the strategy consulting practice of FTI Consulting. Prior to joining Delta Partners, Mr. Nair has worked at McKinsey & Company, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (DiamondCluster), OC&C Strategy Consultants and PwC UK. He was Managing Partner for Diamond’s practice in India.
Mr. Nair is fluent in English and Hindi.
