João Sousa

João Sousa specializes in business strategy, operations setup and optimization, corporate finance, B2B and wholesale marketing and sales. Mr. Sousa has over 20 years of management consulting experience advising a multitude of clients in telecoms, technology, infrastructure and banking across the world.

Mr. Sousa brings to his role extensive advisory and sectorial experience in a variety of areas. His specific recent client involvements include projects such as 5G strategy and deployment, infrastructure and telecoms networks carve-out, sharing and partnerships, wholesale strategies and smart-city plans and development.

Mr. Sousa was part of the leadership team at Delta Partners, the Telecom, Media & Technology (“TMT”) strategy consulting and investment banking boutique now part of FTI Delta, the strategy consulting practice of FTI Consulting. Before joining Delta Partners, Mr. Sousa worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Arthur D. Little. In his previous roles, he consulted clients in telecommunications, infrastructure, real-estate, tourism, FMCG as well as commercial banking spheres in Europe and Latam.

Mr. Sousa is fluent in English and Portuguese and has a good working knowledge of Spanish.
