Audi Pous specializes in management consulting and due diligence serving clients in Europe and North Africa. Mr. Pous has more than 15 years of advisory and corporate finance experience supporting C-level clients across high growth markets including Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Mr. Pous’ core areas of expertise include corporate strategy, corporate finance, analytics-based management, network transformation, ICT operating model definition and regulation in both telcos and regulatory bodies in more than 20 different markets.

Mr. Pous was part of the leadership team at Delta Partners, the Telecom, Media & Technology (“TMT”) strategy consulting and investment banking boutique now part of FTI Delta, the strategy consulting practice of FTI Consulting. He actively contributed to the growth of the firm since its inception. Prior to joining Delta Partners, he worked in corporate finance and transaction advisory services for Deloitte.

Mr. Pous speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and is conversational in French.
