About Anthony
Anthony Dornan has significant experience in commercial strategy, digital transformation, customer experience and analytics, working with telecom, media & technology (“TMT”) clients across multiple regions and markets, including the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
Regarding Mr. Dornan's commercial strategy experience, he has helped shape strategies for clients across a range of areas, including detailing the strategy and business plan to create a media hub focused on content production; developing the go-to-market strategy for an Internet of Things (“IoT”) platform business; defining the asset-carve out strategy for a fixed-line operator; redesigning the commercial strategy and operating model for the B2B unit of a leading telco operator; and building the media strategy for a regional operator group.
Mr. Dornan has led several engagements focused on digital transformation, including developing the transformation strategy and implementation roadmap for a regional operator group and designing a new digital engagement model for a mobile operator, enabling more real-time, interactive customer interactions.
Mr. Dornan has significant experience in customer experience strategy, working to redesign customer journeys for the B2B segment of an operator group and building new analytics tools to measure, track and optimize customer experience to maximize value.
Prior to joining FTI Delta, FTI Consulting's strategy consulting practice, Mr. Dornan worked for several years at STL Partners, supporting TMT clients on strategic topics, and at the Central Bank of Ireland.
