Alexey Timashkov

Alexey Timashkov leverages global experience in corporate leadership roles across telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) and more than a decade in strategy consulting to advise executives on topics of strategy. Mr. Timashkov works with clients to drive step-change improvement in operational productivity, identify market opportunities and launch new products.

Mr. Timashkov has deep expertise in improving the operational performance and productivity of telecom operators, frequently designing and driving the implementation of digital and technology strategies to ensure operational excellence. He also assists clients in reducing costs of fiber broadband deployment and is experienced in capturing value from migrating legacy business support systems (“BSS”) and operations support systems (“OSS”) to modern digital platforms.

Mr. Timashkov has experience serving as interim chief digital and transformation officer and helping clients set up and accelerate their digital transformation efforts, assess market opportunity for new digital products and rapidly build digital and AI capabilities.

In addition to consulting, Mr. Timashkov has multiple U.S. patents for developing algorithms that identify serviceable fiber broadband locations and remediate errors in data.
