Strategy Consultants work closely with clients to analyze complex business problems, conduct extensive research, identify areas for improvement and develop and implement innovative solutions. Our Consultants analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities, develop business cases and execute strategic plans, while also assisting clients in handling the tasks and risks associated with financial decisions.
Analytics Specialist
Analytics Consultants help organizations establish a data-driven strategy by transforming data into information to ensure competitive advantage and operational excellence and explore insights. They provide insights, predictions and recommendations on various aspects of the organization’s strategy, marketing, operations and online presence. They are responsible for gathering and analyzing business data, making improvement suggestions and increasing revenue levels.

Intern

As an FTI Delta intern, you’ll work with consultants to design solutions while developing skills in critical problem solving, data gathering, insight generation and strategic decision-making. The internship presents a unique opportunity to get real world exposure to strategy consulting while experiencing life at FTI Delta. Internships are usually two to three months long but can vary by role and location.

Business Analyst

Joining FTI Delta with an undergraduate degree means you’ll have a front row seat to global business challenges, while working with some of the best minds in the business to drive tangible, real-world change for clients, industries and societies. You will develop strategies and tools to support teams on projects and cultivate client relationships, with opportunities to grow your skills and expertise through mentorship and continuous learning.

Consultant

Consultants are MBA graduates or hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree with relevant industry experience. As a consultant, you will help broaden each client’s perspectives regarding strategic issues, using high-level analytical skills to identify problems and present solutions. In this role you will meet regularly with company stakeholders to assist with both short-term and long-term projects and work through multiple data sources to construct detailed analyses of processes and programs.
